The Pouf comes with a rich tan leather base and special-type styrofoam beads.

TAILOR MADE ORDER: Mostly all our rugs and products are custom-made, with a lead time of approximately 3-6 weeks depending on each project. We do not accept returns in tailor made orders.

SUN EXPOSURE & FADING:
All dyed rugs fade over time, some more than others. Avoid direct sunlight to reduce the fading and check on our color guide UV rating resistance to sun.
SPILL & STAIN MANAGEMENT:
Attend to spills immediately. Blot wet stains with a dry paper towel. For dry stains, scrape gently with a blunt object and slow vacuum the remains.
AVOID HARSH CHEMICALS:
Never use bleach, alkaline cleaners, or strong household chemicals, as they can damage the fibers.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING RECOMMENDED:
For deep cleaning, use a professional carpet cleaning service specializing in natural hide rugs.
