Items in stock are shipped immediately and typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Items made to order are delivered 4 to 8 weeks after your order is received. Occasionally, we may have standard items available in stock, in which case the delivery time is 4-8 business days.

Cowhide rugs are highly resistant to staining and easy to maintain. Most liquid spills will not penetrate the hide and should be cleaned or dried immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Regular vacuuming with a medium-height brush setting and occasional shaking will help maintain their natural beauty. 

Sheepskin and goatskin rugs require more delicate care. Use a vacuum on a slow setting to avoid pulling on the fibers, and shake the rug occasionally to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents, as they may damage the natural fibers. For sheepskin rugs, occasional brushing and professional cleaning are recommended to maintain their softness and appearance. Over time, areas with high foot traffic may show thinning, so rotating your rug periodically is suggested for even wear.

For cowhide rugs, we do not apply any backing, as the natural suede finish on the back provides an ideal anti-slip texture. For sheepskin shearling and goatskin rugs, we add a cotton canvas backing for additional structure and durability. If additional cushioning is desired, a standard rug pad may be used.

All dyed sheepskin and goatskin rugs will fade over time. We recommend considering the UV resistance rating of each color if your rug will be exposed to direct sunlight and advise avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the original color for as long as possible.

As natural products cowhide rugs will develop a beautiful patina over time. Variations in texture and subtle color changes are expected as part of their organic nature.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe your item is defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly send you a replacement. 

- Natural Cowhide Rugs and Single hides may be returned within 15 days of shipment.

- Patchwork, Sheepskin, Goatskin, and Custom Orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has started. 

- Scratches, brandings, and occasional patches are natural characteristics of the hides and are not considered defects. Please inspect your order upon arrival, as claims received after 7 days cannot be processed.
